At FireNFreeze.in, your satisfaction is our priority. While our website functions as a catalog and enquiry platform, we maintain a transparent policy for all purchase orders fulfilled through offline channels such as email and phone. πŸ“ž

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies only to confirmed and completed purchase orders that are invoiced via official channels and shipped by Fire N Freeze from its warehouses or partner logistics. Orders completed outside official channels are not covered.🌏

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if they meet the following criteria:

Domestic (India)

Request must be initiated within 1 calendar day of delivery.

International

Request must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • Item has manufacturing defects and is unused/original packaging.
  • Item was insured but received damaged or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or tailor-made-to-order products.
  • Bulk / large commercial wholesale orders (unless defective).
  • Damage caused by improper handling or unloading at purchaser’s site.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or water after delivery.
  • Material damage during transit unless additionally insured.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@firenfreeze.in with your PO/Invoice number and photo/video proof.

🚫 Important: Do not return any product without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will be rejected.

5. Refund Value via Credit Note Policy

Refund values are processed via Credit Notes in cases of approved returns or cancellations initiated by M/s. Fire N Freeze due to unavailability.

  • Timeline: Processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Notification: You will be notified via Email or Phone once the credit note is issued.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Customer-Initiated

Orders may be cancelled 3 business days before material despatch. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Fire N Freeze-Initiated

We reserve the right to cancel due to product unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Defect/Error: Return shipping is covered by Fire N Freeze.
  • Personal Reasons: Customer bears all shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 1 hour for Greater Mumbai or 24 hours for other locations. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund value via credit note if a replacement is not possible.

9. Force Majeure ⚑

We are not liable for return or refund failures due to natural disasters, government restrictions, transport strikes, or customs clearance delays.
