Thank you for your interest in M/s. Fire N Freeze. This Transportation, Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we manage the transportation, shipping, despatch and delivery of products once a formal business inquiry has been made and a transaction has been initiated via legitimate procurement / purchase order on phone, email – not through direct online purchase on our website.

Our operations support both domestic (India) and international shipments and we work with a network of trusted logistic partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1. Nature of Orders and Fulfilment

  • FireNFreeze.in operates in catalog mode only. Products displayed are illustrative for showcasing and reference purposes. Actual colour shade may vary up to 15%.
  • All orders are initiated off-platform through direct communication on buyers official letterhead via legitimate procurement / purchase order signed by authorised persons only with Co. official seal / stamp.
  • Once your order requirements, quantities and specifications are finalised via email or phone, a formal Proforma Invoice will be issued / provided.
  • Min. Order Qty. for all items / products mentioned are as per factory master carton packing & material safety.
  • Upon payment credit confirmation (as per agreed terms), your order will be processed, packed and despatched.
  • At the time of providing the Proforma Invoice, no stock of any items / products will be reserved / blocked since all items are available on 1st come 1st serve basis only. The final material availability can be known only after payment is credited in M/s. Fire N Freeze bank a/c
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, returned or amended. Kindly ensure all specifications, quantities and details are double-checked before confirming.

2. Transportation, Shipping Timeline

2.1 Domestic (India) Transportation, Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: 3 – 4 working business days after payment credit confirmation based on terms mentioned in Proforma Invoice
  • Delivery Time: 5 – 7 working business days from despatch date and / or as mentioned in Proforma Invoice
  • Logistics Partners: Road Surface mode or as advised by purchaser / buyer

2.2 International Transportation, Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: 4 – 5 working business days after payment credit confirmation based on terms mentioned in Proforma Invoice
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 25 working business days from despatch date and / or as mentioned in Proforma Invoice (varies by destination)
  • Logistics Partners: As mutually suitable or as specifically advised by purchaser / buyer

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be extended due to regional delays, customs processing, or force majeure conditions.

3. Transportation, Shipping Charges

3.1 India

  • Transportation, Shipping charges will vary as advised by the transport & logistics services provider based on actual or minimum chargeable weight, dimensions, transporter volumetric calculation, material pick-up location and destination.
  • Packing, Handling & Forwarding charges will additionally apply since most items / products are delicate, fragile & vulnerable to damage.
  • Free shipping may only apply to selected high-value or bulk orders (subject to approval).

3.2 International

Freight, Transportation, Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and volume
  • Packing specifications / instructions
  • Speed of service (standard or express)
  • Port and Container charges
  • Port manpower labour union loading / unloading charges

Customers will be informed of shipping fees in advance via email or Phone.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic (India)

  • GST applicable on date of invoicing is duly included in the invoice and shown transparently.
  • No additional import charges apply within India.

International

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • VAT / GST in the destination country
  • Customs clearance fees

M/s. Fire N Freeze is not responsible for these charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery or at customs. Please check with your local customs office for estimated duties.

5. Tracking and Notifications

  • Courier / Transportation Logistics partner details
  • Estimated delivery timeline

We provide real-time tracking updates via email or Phone. You can also request a tracking status check with us.

6. Packaging

  • All items are securely packaged using protective materials to avoid / minimise transit damage.
  • M/s. Fire N Freeze is not responsible for damage / breakage during transit unless additionally insured.
  • Fragile, temperature-sensitive or special condition items are packed using industry-compliant methods and may include insulated packaging or cold packs (if applicable).

7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailability / non-communication
  • Customs rejection
  • Failure to pay import duties (international)

Re-delivery attempt will incur additional shipping costs. If a package is permanently undeliverable, we reserve the right to deduct associated logistics charges before processing any refund.

8. Delivery Delays

M/s. Fire N Freeze will not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
  • Public holidays or lockdowns, public protest unrest / blockade, riots, war
  • Customs / Govt. Authorities inspections
  • Remote or rural area logistics delays
  • Transportation vehicle breakdown

We will make every effort to keep you informed and expedite resolution if a delay occurs.

9. Bulk & B2B Shipping

For commercial or B2B orders involving moisture proof packing, pallets, large box cartons, extra strong 5 – 7 ply corrugated box cartons or full-container-load (FCL/LCL) shipping:

  • Our team will provide full logistics planning
  • Freight, insurance and customs documentation (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) can be arranged
  • Special handling and dispatch will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis
